Die Weihnachtszeit etwas anders ^^

Wenn weiße Flocken auf die Erde knallen,
alte Männer unter Tannen Gedichte lallen,
wenn Oma, Opa, Onkel und Tante
mit Glühwein sich geben die Kante ...

Wenn Kinder Wunschzettel kreieren
und unzustellbar adressieren,
wenn man selbst vom Sparzwang sich entbindet
und dennoch Geiz als geil empfindet ...

Wenn Vater im Wald ganz ungeniert
frühmorgens `nen Nadelbaum liquidiert,
um ihn - bestückt mit Kugeln und hässlichen Schellen -
im Wohnhaus in den Weg zu stellen ...

Wenn Mutter dann höchst irritiert
auf die Frage von Vater reagiert,
ob sie ihm heut’ am Heiligmorgen
hierzu einen Ständer könnt’ besorgen ...

Wenn`s überall nadelt, bimmelt und schellt,
man allerorten über Weihnachtsmänner fällt,
wenn die Kinder die Weihnachtplätzchen kotzen,
und Opa hört überhaupt nicht mehr auf zu motzen,
und Vater ist von der Bowle schon ganz breit,
ja dann ist besinnliche Weihnachtszeit.

Then the Childrenlein are coming Candlewachs is abwärts running
Bing of Crosby Christmas sings while the Towerglocke rings
and the angles look so fine Well, this is the Weihnachtstime.
Babyeyes are big and rund, the family feels kerngesund,
when unterm Baum is hocking - really nothing can them shocking.

They are happy, are so fine, this happens in Christmastime.

are turning round the Weihnachtstree weil they find Kittekat and Schappi

and they bring a long, long Schlauch
and a long, long Leiter auch.
And they're schreiing - "Wasser marsch!",
Christmas day is now im ... Eimer.
